Cris Hagen has partnered with Beckman Coulter twice in the past 2 years. His first efforts assisted us in creating a change management (Adoption) strategy for a global ERP implementation using Oracle. Cris very quickly assimilated with the cross functional business teams, and with his credible business knowledge was able to apply a sound Adoption strategy to the overall plan.
Last December, we again partnered with Cris to continue to prepare the organization for the changes as a result of our ERP implementation. We engaged Cris’ expertise in creating a roadmap and strategy for Business Process Management. As we continued to deploy this integrated system, it became apparent that our current work processes would need to change. Our new integrated technology required the organization to look at their business processes from a new and different viewpoint. Cris was able to quickly grasp our need, bring an innovative approach that fit our culture (not just looking at Business Process Re-engineering, but from the perspective of whole systems change), and delivered a product that fit our end requirements including scope, schedule and budget.
